Coming face to face with the dude who mind-napped him for half the movie. The whole moment would’ve had a different effect entirely had someone else been in front. Besides, Clint’s the one with the more threatening weapon. Although Natasha could’ve threatened Loki with the scepter, but, again, would’ve been a different effect altogether. Clint being in front is just right for this scene. I wonder why Whedon put him in front, maybe he’ll explain in the commentary.  FINALLY!  HE’S FRONT AND CENTER WHERE HE SHOULD BE!!!! NOT STANDING BEHIND SOMEONE! I can’t imagine anyone else being in front in this moment, for reals.
